Today I’m grateful for today’s harvest. It might not seem like much, but to me it is. Garlic scapes are so delicious, and harvesting them now equals bigger garlics when it is time to harvest them in a few weeks. Strawberries are always delicious. Today I’m grateful for our container garden. It’s a small balcony-garden with around 30 strawberry plants and some salad greens. The strawberry plants are runners from the strawberry plants at the allotment = free strawberries. What are you grateful for today? Maria
