It is a gratitude practice that I am trying this year. Perhaps another word works better for you. It’s about appreciating all the good things that we actually have and sometimes take for granted in our busy lives. It could be different things for different people. I often try to think about three meaningful things with my day before I go to bed, this is a little like this, but I usually limit myself to share only one thing. For me it often have to do with my family, friends, nature and gardening, those things add meaning to my life.
You are welcome :) “Family, friends, nature and gardening” = what could be more important? :)
Have a lovely day!

That sounds so wonderful! It’s been sunny and windy here today. No time for coffee in the sun though, a very busy day at work.

I love the whole process of baking bread: the kneading, the magic of the rise, and of course, eating fresh baked! I have been out of cycle for a while as we mostly make nut/seed breads (which do not rise etc) but I hear a batch of bagels calling to me.
Love that you and your daughter do this together weekly!
Me too! The process is pure magic, in every sense.
