Once a week my daughter and I bake bread. I love the activity, the scent, and of course enjoying homemade bread.
What are you grateful for today?

It is a gratitude practice that I am trying this year. Perhaps another word works better for you. It’s about appreciating all the good things that we actually have and sometimes take for granted in our busy lives. It could be different things for different people. I often try to think about three meaningful things with my day before I go to bed, this is a little like this, but I usually limit myself to share only one thing. For me it often have to do with my family, friends, nature and gardening, those things add meaning to my life.

Yes! I’ve been so lucky to have a lot of them during my retirement. 😎

That sounds so wonderful! It’s been sunny and windy here today. No time for coffee in the sun though, a very busy day at work.

Me too, the scent is almost better than eating bread. (Even though I like eating bread very much, and probably eat too much..)
Thank you for your kind comment.

Oh, boy, that bread looks good! Today I am grateful for a warm sunny day. I swept our patio and help Clif get the table on the patio. Our happy time is coming!
