It is a gratitude practice that I am trying this year. Perhaps another word works better for you. It’s about appreciating all the good things that we actually have and sometimes take for granted in our busy lives. It could be different things for different people. I often try to think about three meaningful things with my day before I go to bed, this is a little like this, but I usually limit myself to share only one thing. For me it often have to do with my family, friends, nature and gardening, those things add meaning to my life.
Thank you, Maria! I’m sorry for such a long discussion and confusion from my side! Greetings from Latvia! I think the same “topics” would be in my gratitude: family, friends, nature and gardening.

That sounds so wonderful! It’s been sunny and windy here today. No time for coffee in the sun though, a very busy day at work.
