Daily Gratitude Challenge 2026 – Harvesting Onions

These past two weeks I’ve been harvesting a few red and yellow onions as needed. I have a few curing in my garden shed as well, and some still in the ground. I like growing a variety of onions in my garden, since it is something I use a lot of in the kitchen.
