Early this morning I went on a bike ride to a nearby nature reserve area, located next to one of our biggest lakes. It was foggy, quiet and very peaceful. I did not see a single person at the nature reserve. What are you grateful for today? Maria

This summer my daughter and I visited several of the surrounding lakes. If one sees our region from above one would see pine forests and lakes. Last night featured a significant thunderstorm, disrupting sleep and prompting weather warnings for today. Despite planning to bike to the allotment, heavy rain led to staying home. Instead, Maria enjoyed a refreshing 7.5 km ride around Lake Runn, finding peace and rest in the spontaneous joyride.
