first harvest of the season

Today I harvested the first chive of the season (see photo of the plant in yeaterday’s Weekend Coffee Share). I enjoyed some of it on top of the broccoli pasta I had for lunch, it was delicious. I also added 1/4lbs bag of chives to the freezer. I love this time of the year when…
