Welcome to the weekend coffee share! Can I get you a cup of coffee? Or tea? The first week of September is treating me well. I worked Monday-Wednesday, and went to school Thursday and Friday (online). Thursday evening we had a fantastic start-up for this years language work for all kindergartens in our region. It was inspiring, and at the same time confirming that we are on the right path with the projects we currently have going. How is your week?

This weekend there’s a street festival in town, Granny Goes Street. It’s a fun yearly festival with music, food, and different vendors. My daughter participated in the Pride parade yesterday. I did not participate, but met her afterwards to go to a cafe. The photo at the top is from that coffee place.

The whole town is in a festive mood. It is one of the most popular weekends of the year. A happening many people of all ages look forward too. We met people from 0-100 years old yesterday, all happy and smiling. I never go out at night, and don’t know what the scene look like then, I assume it is slightly different. We had a great time yesterday and we both voted for a quiet evening at home afterwards.

Today there’s a bike ride in a near future, some meal prepping, and relaxing on the schedule. The sun is shining and it is a beautiful day. Many thanks to Natalie for hosting the weekend coffee share. How are you going to enjoy your day?

Maria
