One of the other gardener’s at the allotment garden society made this cute ”Little Free Library”, for a free book exchange at the allotment garden. I think it’s such a great idea!!

I looked through my books at home this morning and decided to gift these ones. I took half of them with my to the ”Little Free Library” today, and I’ll bring the rest another day. When I was going to leave my books I noticed that there was already some very beautiful books there. Love it! Community is highly underrated in our society.

After this great initiativ someone suggested that we should add a free seed library next to this library. I think that is a fabulous idea!

What are you grateful for today?

  1. I love little free libraries. We have them here, too. Grateful that the horrible heat is starting to break.

    1. They are lovely. It made me so happy to see one new at the allomtent society. There is at least one in town as well.

I am happy that your weather is bearable again. That heat wave wasn’t fun at all, we had it last weekend-beginning of this week. Enjoy the rest of your weekend! If you are celebrating today, have a wonderful celebration.

  5. Yes, great initiative! Our regular library converted their old card catalog into a seed share (as book exchanges are digital now). It is very popular!
Grateful that today is (supposedly) our last day of this heat wave. It has been a tough week to be outside!
