      Thank you! A safe and comfortable home is so important. I actually purchased an air-conditioner a couple days ago, eagerly awaiting the arrival. We are very comfortable now, but we are expecting a long heat wave, at least that is what they say, so I want to be prepared. Comfortable is important.
