In this garden bed I have a mix of plants that keep on giving, year after year. At the front I have tulips that bloom in the spring. The rest of the bed is a mix of Egyptian running onions and Jerusalem artichokes. Today I’m grateful for perennial vegetables.

Over time I want to create more beds like this with perennial vegetables. This year I am learning about perennial heirloom vegetables, and in the fall I’m planning on investing in some for my garden.

What are you grateful for today?

Maria
