I am grateful for this beautiful morning. What are you grateful for today?

  1. Why does the moon look so huge, amazing! Do you have to buy a TV license like the Brits do? That looks like the same kind of antenna they have. I am grateful for sunshine and 85 degrees today and that the 100s are coming soon.

    1. The size of the moon caught my eye. We do not have to buy a TV license now, it used to be like that before 2008. Some people have extra antennas for better reception, but in this case they probably didn’t take the old antenna down.

      1. Okay, thanks for this, Maria! I am always curious about things like this in other countries. I assume there is cable TV or fibre there. Your area looks very rural, I like that!!

        1. It is interesting for sure. I actually live in the city, but the city is a mix of new houses, old houses, and many parks. It is not too crowded.
