Tokyo Bekana / Brassica pekinensis

It’s still early in the season here in my corner of the world, but seeing my seedlings makes my mouth water. Pictured is the delicious Tokyo Bekana’ / Brassica pekinensis. Early spring is a season of hope, and I am grateful.
