      Yes they are :) Wood anemones are not common in the area I grew up, (they ar more common here,) every time I see them I experience a sense of joy.

      I listen to that chorus as well !

      Yes :) So happy to see them. There was a lot of wood anemones, but most of them were at a steep bank towards a creek, and I did not want to risk falling into that ice cold water for a photo ;)

      I am happy your knees are ok. Sorry to hear that they sometimes aren’t.

   What a sweet little flower :-) The firsts are always so exciting! Today I am grateful for the first few seedlings popping their heads up in our brand new greenhouse!
