Daily Gratitude Challenge 2026 – All the little things that gives my life meaning

As I am getting ready to go back to work after my four-day-Easter-break I reflect upon all the little things that gives my life meaning. One of the most important ones is conversations with my teenage daughter. My crocheting project serves as a symbol of our conversations, since our best conversations often takes place when we crochet, or do some other creative activity together.

What are you grateful for today?

  4. Lovely, Maria. I think rhythmic hand work allows a part of the brain to relax, freeing other areas for deeper conversation. You’re the best mum.

  8. I love that crochet brings you together in this way. The conversations we have with our kiddos in their youth can be so challenging at times, but they are so important for the life of your relationship. Good job mama! And beautiful colors!
