   A beautiful photo on the Colorado! I’ve never been on Lake Mead, just seen it and walked on the beach in the water.

      Thank you! I accidentally posted a cellphone pic here, but I have a large one on my wall from the same place, with a similar scene, that I took with a better camera.

      Lake Mead is rather dirty, I went boating there a few times when I lived in Las Vegas. Renting a canoe or boat, to silently enjoy the Colorado River is much more enjoyable if you ask me.

         Really? it looked okay from the shore but I’ve never boated the lake. Yuck! It’s too far from my home to want to drive there.
