Daily Gratitude Challenge 2026 – Mission accomplished!

Today I am grateful for a happy outing with my daughter. She needs a desk for her room. I’ve been suggesting different options for the past six months, but they were not what she imagined. Today she finally agreed on going to Ikea in a nearby town. Everything went well and we both agreed on a suitable desk. I am so grateful that we finally found the desk she wanted. A simple thing like this can be challenging enough for a child on the spectrum. Today everything went well and we also had a great time!

    Mother and daughter time is the best time! You are right choosing a working desk can be a challenge to find just the right one! 💖💖💖

      I agree! My daughter and I spend a lot of time together. I am happy that she wants to spend time with me, and at the same time I am also encouraging her independency.

      It has been a challenge to find a good desk. We moved six months ago. She loves her new room, it is on the smaller side and has some angles that gives the room character, but also makes it slightly more challenging finding the right furniture.

    Today I’m grateful for my massage therapist, she pulls the tension right out of my muscles! :)
