I have three big hanging containers at my balcony. I often grow a mix of herbs in them, but this year a colleague asked me if I wanted some tiny petunia plants. She had been too optimistic when planting seeds and discovered that she had way too many. I said yes, and she gave me two boxes of them. They were tiny, tiny and I would not have known that they were petunias if she hadn’t told me. I repotted them twice, first by separating them, they were all growing in big clusters, and later I planted them in the hanging containers.

They are in different colours.

I have never grown petunias before but I absolutely love these happy flowers.

There are so many of them, and they are just starting to bloom now. It is very possible that I will plant them again some time in the future, since they give me so much joy with their happy colours.
