I am trying a gratitude practice 2026, sharing one photo a day of something that I am grateful for. I live in small town in the region of Dalarna, Sweden. The home of the dala horse. Every once in a while I am going to post photos from different places in my town that means something to me. Today’s photo is from “Stadsparken”, simply “The City Park”. It is in the city, but not in the centre of the city. It is a beautiful park next to the region hospital. It is enjoyed by patients, staff, and nearby schools. At the same time it is very possible to have the whole park to yourself as well, like I had when I took this photo.

What are you grateful for today? Would you like to join me in this Daily Gratitude Practice 2026?

    1. Thank you! They are so important. I am not a city girl, but the cities I do like a little more than others I like due to their parks and nature areas.
